We look beyond the transaction. Purely transactional relationships can be good when buying a Bagel. But even then, we can have a relationship with the Brand or business before we trust the food.

We value the relationship first, to know how best to serve you and what you need to have out of real estate transaction, for the real estate may only be a piece of the process to get you where you need to be.

About Ian Cockburn

Ian Cockburn was born in London England and in those initial 7 years of life, he formed the basis for how he still sees the world today. The next ten years of his world was molded in the Caribbean where he began a life journey working for engineers and architects on the largest commercial projects at the time.

From the islands to upstate New York, his next greatest influence was in architecture school at Rennselear Polytechnic Institute where beyond design he learnt to always follow his gut instinct.

Through a successful career around the United States he built beaches coast to coast, and then worked on projects in Washington DC to the scale most only dream of.

In between, Ian always had a house or three he was working on back in Louisiana...and still does. The idea of building wealth comes in little, steady packages.  Building on life experiences he helped others go from mere mortals to millionares.  Some were immigrants, others established in the United States who just needed a push and a prod forward to go beyond their wildest dreams.

And so Ian is a dreamer first, passionate about people he empowers no matter what the situation or circumstance. Love is shown in many ways.  Most of the time, the greatest empowerment comes from helping others get to the point of understanding and reaching for multigenerational wealth, one piece of real estate at a time.
